Easy Apple Bread
Make 1 loaf
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup Corn/Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 cups Apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup Nuts, chopped (optional)
Method:
- Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and set aside.
- Combine sugar, eggs, oil, sour cream and vanilla, beating well; Stir in flour mixture.
- Fold in apples and nuts (if used) and pour into a greased and floured loaf pan/tin.
- Bake in a prehated oven of 180 °C for 1 hour or until bread test done.

Tipsymeow, typo amended! I used Plain Flour and the taste actually more to muffins leh... Not so much to the cake side! Yes... If you like you can call it a cake too... ;)
